Privacy Policy

Last updated September 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how WE Consultants, LLC ("WE Consultants", "we", "us") handles personal information when you visit weconsultants.org (the "Site") or contact us. We keep this simple: the Site has no accounts, no forms, no advertising and no analytics or tracking cookies.

Information we collect

Information you choose to send us. If you email us or book a consultation, we receive what you share, such as your name, email address, company, and the details of your inquiry.

Technical information. Like most websites, the company that hosts the Site automatically records basic request data, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. This is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure and troubleshoot problems. We do not use it to identify or profile visitors.

Cookies. The Site does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party sites you visit through our links (see below) may use their own cookies.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiries and schedule and hold consultations.
  • To provide our consulting services and manage our client relationships.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Site.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties, each of which handles data under its own privacy policy:

  • Calendly — the "Schedule a Consultation" buttons open Calendly, which collects the details you enter to book a meeting.
  • Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information when a page loads.
  • LinkedIn — links to our LinkedIn profile take you to LinkedIn's website.
  • Hosting and email providers — our website host and email provider process data on our behalf to run the Site and deliver email.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.

Data retention

We keep correspondence and client information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and then delete it. Hosting logs are kept by our host for a limited period under its own retention settings.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under local law, such as data portability or the right to object to certain processing. To make a request, email adriano@weconsultants.org. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information, and the Site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International visitors

WE Consultants is based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
